standing desk
I've been dealing with a pinched nerve resulting from many years of poor posture working at a desk and leaning my neck forward. I wasn't sure how the mechanism to raise and lower the work surface would be, but it turned out well. You have to apply a bit of pressure to get it started, but it moves both directions fairly well.
